Fitness Group Sessions
Our group sessions are designed to incorporate the best elements of CrossFit, functional training, Olympic-style weightlifting, callisthenics, HIIT, metabolic conditioning, strength and mobility training. To try and provide a high level of personal attention, we try not to take more than 10 people at a time in a group session.
Our group sessions are fun and interesting. Most of the workouts in the sessions are gamified. This design gives us an extra edge to push ourselves harder and makes the fitness programs more exciting.
As one of the few gyms in Kochi to feature certified trainers, we pride ourselves in providing a fun environment for all our patrons, regardless of where they stand in their fitness journey or gender.
We are conveniently located in the heart of Kochi close to Lulu Mall, Edapally.
