Heavy Weightlifting
When we say heavy, we mean "Dayuuumn heavy" at Ashante Nenju. We don't measure your progress of squats or deadlifts or bench presses using kilograms. We use bodyweight! We expect you to be able to squat and deadlift your bodyweight in 4 weeks of training with us, and twice your body weight in squats and deadlift in 6 weeks. That is if your weight is 60 kg, you will be able to pull 120 kilograms within 2 months, and we are good at making sure you do with our fitness programs. Here, when we say heavy, we mean heavy. Come to us as a puny human leave as a beast.
